This page explains how ThaiLuvia users can request deletion of their data.

Delete parts of your data without deleting your account

Users can delete individual profile photos inside the ThaiLuvia app without deleting their account.

To delete profile photos:

1. Open the ThaiLuvia app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open the Photos section.
4. Tap the delete icon on the photo you want to remove.

Request deletion of other data

If you want to request deletion of other personal data without deleting your account, contact us by email.

Please include the email address used for your ThaiLuvia account and describe what data you want deleted.

Delete your full account and associated data

Users can delete their full account inside the ThaiLuvia app.

To delete your account:

1. Open the ThaiLuvia app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open the menu.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm.

When an account is deleted, the account and associated personal data are deleted, including profile information, uploaded photos, likes, matches, messages, push tokens, and related account data.

Data we may retain

Some limited information may be retained for a short period if required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
